Houses
Bayside's rule for brick homes
Pagewood has no heritage conservation area and its listed items are parks, a golf clubhouse and palm plantings, not houses. Even so, Bayside's DCP says original unpainted brick, sandstone or cladding that adds to the streetscape is not to be painted, rendered or bagged on any low-density home, so a full re-render of a contributory brick house is unlikely to be supported in a DA.
