Pittwater edge, not surf
Bayview's waterfront lots sit within 100 m of Pittwater, and the surf is more than 1 km away. Render on the waterfront needs more upkeep: Rockcote asks for its systems to be cleaned every 12 months, with finishes near the coast cleaned more often. Only Unitex's 100 m salt-water fixing rule applies there: Class 4 or 316 stainless screws for polystyrene boards.
