Salt air by the bay
Elizabeth Bay's harbour edge is within 100 m of salt water, and render there needs more care than inland: Rockcote asks for its systems to be washed down every 12 months, with paintwork and textures near the coast cleaned more often. Polystyrene cladding needs Class 4 or 316 stainless steel screws under Unitex's manual.
