Glebe's edge on Blackwattle Bay and Rozelle Bay is within 100 m of the harbour. Render there needs more upkeep: Rockcote asks for its systems to be cleaned down every 12 months, and coastal paintwork and textures more often. For polystyrene cladding, Unitex specifies Class 4 or 316 stainless steel screws.
